![]() ![]() Please advise on how to replicate this feature in Chrome for Windows. Allowing different windows to run as different Chrome identities means that a user can have different open windows associated with different Google accounts. ![]() There's just a "done" button which doesn't complete the task. The question is How to switch domain to log in chrome browser with Java code in selenium. You have to check the "restrict sign-in" to even add a name to the add users field - but after you type in the name, there is no "plus" or "add" button to get that name into the system. Answer: Now I want to do automated web testing with selenium in Specflow, and I have several credentials to test. I might as well have had only one browser. Something was being shared, not just as a one-time transfer, but continually. I’d log in with a different account on Edge, and Chrome would mirror that change. I’d log in on Chrome, run Edge and I’d be logged in there. And while there is a field to "manage other users" in settings, it doesn't actually do anything. the two browsers were effectively behaving as one. While I can add an account in the generic google account area, that doesn't give me the same experience. Youre able to add multiple accounts by signing in with them. This profile switching doesn't seem to be as apparent in Chromium/Neverware. Google made the process of working with multiple accounts very user-friendly. Then, I am able to switch between my browser and their browser easily - without having to sign out and sign back in. In Chrome on Windows, when I sign in as another user (for example, my wife or my son) all of their bookmarks and buttons and features sync up with the new instance of the browser. ![]() ![]() Optional: Have the new person sign in to Chrome with a Google Account. It boots off of USB and I have successfully signed in as my primary google identity. Google Mail Sign In As A Different User will sometimes glitch and take you a long time to try different solutions. At the bottom of the window, click Add Person. I am testing out Neverware for an old D630 I have. ![]()
